The Anbar Fourth Annual International Investment Conference will be held on October 17 and 18 at the Fairmont Hotel Amman, Jordan.
RAMADI, IRAQ – August 6, 2018 – The National Investment Commission of the Republic of Iraq; the Embassy of Iraq in Amman, Jordan; the Government of Anbar; and Anbar Investment Commission are delighted to announce that Stuart Jones, Bechtel Regional President, Europe and Middle East, will be the keynote speaker at the Anbar Fourth Annual International Investment Conference (AAIIC 2018) gala dinner on October 17, 2018 at the Fairmont Amman Hotel in Jordan.

Mr. Jones joined Bechtel in 2018 as region president for Europe and Middle East, following a thirty-year career in the United States Foreign Service. He was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary/Acting Assistant Secretary in the Bureau for Near East Asian Affairs at the Department of State from 2016 through 2017, during the transition between the Obama and Trump administrations. Prior tours include serving as U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, 2014 – 16; U.S. Ambassador to Jordan, 2011-14, and Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.
